We accept returns of unused or undamaged items 30 days from your original purchase.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS
Orders purchased from November 1st- December 31st will be eligible for returns until January 15th
When you opt in for free return + package protection, your return shipping label is included, which allows you to return any item/items for FREE.
If you decide not to buy free return + package protection and return an item/items, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1 business day. LUXE is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
LUXE is not responsible for any customs/duties/import fees for international orders.
